When should I order my Save the Dates?
Save the Dates can be sent out any time from 1 year to 6 months before your wedding day and are a particularly good idea if you have guests that may need to travel from afar. We suggest ordering your Save the Dates 5-6 weeks before you intend to send them, to ensure there is time for proofs, printing, addressing your envelopes and posting.

When should I order my invitations?
Invitations should be sent out to your guests around 12 weeks before the big day. We suggest ordering your invitations 5-6 weeks before you intend to send them, to ensure there is time for proofs, printing, addressing your envelopes and posting.

How many invitations will I need?
We suggest around 60% of your total guest list. Remember, you are sending one to each couple or family, not one per guest. Its a good idea to have a few spare in case you make a mistake while addressing them, so you can have some keepsakes, or in case you've forgotten someone last minute!

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Due to the bespoke customisation of our invitations, there is a minimum order quantity of 30 invitations per order. If you need less than 30 invitations, please contact us as we may still be able to help you, however there may be an increase in our standard prices.

When will I receive my digital proofs?
You will receive your first digital proof within 3 working days of ordering. Once you have confirmed that it is to your satisfaction and that there are no errors in the information, your invitations will be printed and hand-finished. The price of invitations includes amendments of your proofs, until you're happy with how they look.

How long will it take to receive my invitations?
This depends on a number of factors, such as how many proof amendments are required, how long it takes to respond to email communication, how big the order is, etc. However, on average, invitations should be delivered to you within approximately 4 weeks of ordering.

How do I pay for my invitations?
50% of the total value is required prior to any work starting, including first digital proofs. The remaining 50% is due prior to the invitations being printed. We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

Can I see a sample of an invitation before I order?
Unpersonalised samples of our invitations are available on request. Samples will be dispatched within 3-5 days via Royal Mail and, regrettably, cannot be personalised. Please contact us here to let us know which invitation design you would like a sample of, and your address.

How will my invitations be delivered?
Invitations are delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce, to the address given on the initial order form, unless you inform us of an alternative address. Please take care to provide a suitable address, where the parcel can be sPlease note: Twine and Tags for invitations are sent cut and ready to tie at home, in order for us to be able to wrap them tightly together to prevent damage in transit.
