  • All designs are Copyright of Pear Paper Co. 2015. You must not reproduce or copy any of our designs in any way.


  • All invitations and additional items are fully customisable and made to order with your chosen wording, colour scheme and finishing details. 

  • Wedding invitations are left blank on the reverse, free of any text, pattern or logos, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Double-sided printing will incur an extra charge. Please enquire for more info.

  • Please note: Twine and Tags for invitations are sent cut and ready to tie at home, in order for us to be able to wrap them tightly together to prevent damage in transit.

  • Recycled Kraft envelopes or white laid paper envelopes come as standard with all Invitations and Save the Dates. Alternatively, coloured envelopes are available for an additional charge. Please enquire for more info.


  • Please be aware that computers do not give a true representation of colour due to monitor calibration, and therefore there may be some slight colour differences in the colour on your computer screen and the final printed product.

  • Due to the nature of digital printing, there may be some slight differences in colour to any samples you receive and your final invitations.

Proofs & Ordering:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that information given regarding wedding dates, venues, etc. is correct and worded as you would like it to appear on your invitations.

  • After final digital proofs have been double-checked and approved by yourselves, for spelling, information, colour and layout, the invitations will be printed. Pear Paper Co does not hold any responsibility for any mistakes found after you have approved your digital proofs.

  • If any error is made by Pear Paper Co., we will replace your items.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that proofs are approved and payments are made in order to meet your personal deadline of when you need to send your invitations out. 


  • Quotes given for invitation orders are valid for 30 days from the day it is sent to you. We reserve the right to change our prices as and when necessary.

  • 50% payment is required prior to any work starting on the first digital proofs. The remaining 50% of the total is required prior to your order being printed, hand-finished and dispatched. We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

  • In the event of a cancellation being made after work has commenced, it will be non-refundable, due to the time constraints involved in designing and making your invitations.

  • All prices include VAT at the standard rate. VAT Registration No. 219374888
